Pesticides

It has been found that the higher the level of neurotoxins, the higher the incidences of adhd, learning disabilities, autism, and now even obesity.

Eating organic reduces pesticide exposure.  The best items to buy organic are apples and potatoes.  Eat fresh whenever you can.  If that's not possible, frozen is second best.

Another area of concern is BPA in plastic.  It is commonly referred to as #7 PC on the bottom of bottles and containers.  If the plastic is clear, assume that it has bpa.  Don't microwave in plastic.  Until the bpa in plastic is addressed, use glass containers and juice boxes.  Bpa has been found in cans, which gets absorbed into the food.
